Bad news guys, Konami has announced that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker will be delayed.

 

Originally scheduled to arrive in the U.S. on May 25, the highly anticipated portable sequel of the MGS franchise is now slated for a June 8 release in North America, June 17 in Europe and June 18 in the U.K. No further info was given for the cause of delay. Ironic considering Kojima-san always tells his team not delay any game after naming a date.

I always preach to the staff, ‘You must not have a delay after a release date has been announced. There is no greater crime as a game developer’.
