It seems the case is history, though, as Pink News reports that Durrant and Microsoft have reached a settlement agreement at an employment tribunal held this week in south London.

The details of the agreement are confidential, but according to a Microsoft rep, part of the agreement states that Durrant will not be continuing his employment at Lionhead. Originally, Durrant was asking for damages worth  £ 45,000 (about US$ 66,000).
