Mii Contest Channel launches across Europe

If you’re the type of person who enjoys creating digital avatars and pitting them against other player-created characters, then this bit of news is for you. The Mii Contest Channel has recently been launched across Europe on the Nintendo Wii. Aspiring artisans can create their very own Mii and enter them in either the Posting Plaza arena or the Contest Arena on Nintendo’s Mii Contest Channel.

Aspiring artisans may create their very own Mii and enter them in either the Posting Plaza arena or the Contest Arena on Nintendo’s Mii Contest Channel.

The Posting Plaza arena on the Nintendo Mii Contest Channel is basically a viewing gallery of Miis created by artisans from all over the world. Players may either upload their very own Mii or select from those on display in the Posting Plaza. The Contest arena is where Miis are judged by peer artisans from around the globe. Mii artisans may choose from a variety of themed contests, including an on-the-spot Mii creation contest.

In order to get started, all one has to do is to download the free Mii Contest Channel from the Wii software section of the Nintendo Wii Shop Channel. In addition to the Mii Contest Channel, Nintendo Wii owners may also choose from a variety of other available channels on the Wii Shop Channel depending on their tastes.
