Mirror’s Edge Time Trial DLC coming in January, PS3 version getting free exclusive map

The Time Trial mode is one of the most popular gameplay modes in Mirror’s Edge (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) and game developer DICE knows it. That’s why they’ve announced a new Time Trial DLC map pack for the game.
Players will be challenged to achieve the fastest times possible on nine races across seven all-new and totally redesigned Time Trial maps. The maps will be available for all of the game’s platforms including PC, which was confirmed for a January 13 release in the US.
Price for the Time Trial map pack has been set at US$ 10 / 800 MS Points. The map pack is scheduled for a late January release.
There’s also a little bonus for owners of the PlayStation 3 version: an additional PS3-exclusive map that can be downloaded for free. I guess this is the PS3 DLC that had a few of our commenters up in arms about a while back.
