Monster Hunter Portable seeks out Sequel

MonsterhunterP_logo_1109Before those of us in the United States and Europe even get a chance to play the ever popular Japanese title Monster Hunter Portable on the PSP, news has already been announced for a follow up sequel to this blockbuster game. Already selling over 400,000 UMD copies in Japan since it?s debut in December, Capcom?s Monster Hunter will likely be coming to next-gen consoles at some point in the future, according to series producer Tsuyoshi Tanaka – but not before the next incarnation comes to the PSP. Until then, the rest of us westerners will have to settle for when the original Monster Hunter Portable comes to the states this spring in the form of Monster Hunter Freedom .
