Monster triple feature from Godzilla: Unleashed

What would Godzilla do without the other monsters? We’re pretty sure he’ll be stark raving bored. Good thing there are other radioactive giant monsters in the universe so our monster lizard can flex his muscles every once in a while. Today, we’ve got three of the contenders in Pipeworks Software and Atari‘s Godzilla: Unleashed.

First up is the spiked monstrosity of Anguirus. Think porcupine which fell into a vat of radioactive waste. He’s from the Earth Defenders faction and is one of the feistier brawlers in Godzilla: Unleashed. His abilities and weapons include the Sonic Roar to stun enemies, his powerful bite, and his spiky outer shell; he can even roll himself into a ball and deliver massive hurt.

Up next comes another Earth Defender, King Caesar. He looks a bit like a cross between a lion and a dog but his looks doesn’t reflect his agility and flexibility in battle. His entire body acts like a huge solar panel that absorbs energy both from the sun and from ranged energy attacks. There is a downside though, King Caesar has to expend the energy he has stored at a time – or he goes boom from overload.

Here comes one of the bad guys: King Ghidorah. He’s a pawn for the Alien Invaders, along with Gigan. This three headed flying giant makes use of its amazing strength, size, and hard scales in battle. As you probably remember, King Ghidorah packs a hard punch with his Triple Gravity Beam.

Hmm… Thinking up strategies on how to beat them in Godzilla: unleashed? While you’re at it, might as well check out the art and the clips for these monsters.
