French site JVN network was able to interview a local retailer regarding the much talk about PS3 Slim. According to the source, the PS3 Slim is very much real and will probably be released in September for € 299.99 (about US$ 424), or € 100 (about US$ 141) less than the current model.

Meanwhile, another rumor has popped up today when eagle-eyed gamers spotted something fishy in the new trailer of the upcoming Batman: Arkham Asylum video game.
