For those of us who just can’t get enough of Akira Toriyama‘s epic tale of super-powered warriors, evil Saiyans and big-haired transformations, here’s something extra to get you back into Dragon Ball Z fever: three more scans of Atari‘s Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for the Nintendo Wii!

In this scan update from Shonen Jump, we see more of the three recently-confirmed characters (Dr. Wheelo, Selipa, Tambourine) in action against the regular cast of Dragon Ball Z. Besides that, however, we also get a blast from the past with the presence of Son Goku and his childhood girlfriend, Chichi, in the game, as well as a disturbingly evil-looking Son Goku in full Saiyan regalia.

It’s been said quite a few times, but it bears repeating that the graphics are looking very nicely done. Toriyama’s signature visual style has indeed made the jump from celluloid to polygon almost flawlessly, and you can’t say that to many anime-to-game franchises of today. Updates as we get them, and enjoy the scans!
