More Twilight Princess Info (er, spoilers)

In light of EDGE Magazine’s major spoiler, Jeux-France.com reports several interesting gameplay details regarding NintendoÂ’s The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. Before the details, here be some screens of Twilight World:

Twilight - Image 1Twilight - Image 2

Those screens don’t say much, but the stuff below will, so before we get complains read this: SPOILER WARNING! Don’t say we didn’t warn you. Okay now that those two pictures are done and over with, here are the details in nice easily readable bullet points. Note that this is loosely translated from French so some details may have been lost in translation. If you have any corrections please feel free to comment.

Some of these you may have read already in the EDGE Magazine “spoiler” article. Some may be new.

  • At one point in the game Link transformed into a wolf and had the ability to climb high walls.
  • You must use the A button in order to jump from branch to branch in Ordon Wood when in Link-Wolf form.
  • Twilight World drains the life out of living creatures and transforms them into alternate beings.
  • People who are transformed in Twilight World are still present in their place of origin but we somehow donÂ’t see them.
  • Wolf form Link can see the hidden people and can also see hidden secret objects.
  • Wolf form Link can travel into the Twilight World and the real world.
  • Midna cannot live in the real world but you can call upon his spirit for help.
  • The part where Wolf form Link can be controlled is not revealed to the press. Nintendo wants this to remain secret until release.
  • Up to present time (JeuxFrance claims) nobody aside from Nintendo employees has played a second of gameplay in Twilight World.

Link-Wolf? Cool.
