MSX Games for US Virtual Console delayed again

I’d hate to be the harbinger of bad news, but that’s what it looks like. We’re jumping from one bad news to another. This time, Virtual Console players awaiting for the MSX Games title would have to wait some more – and we don’t know for how much longer.

Those waiting for MSX Games on the Wii’s Virtual Console would apparently have to wait some more. Yep, once again, the title has been delayed.

MSX Games was first announced last February of 2007, with Eggy and Aleste as the two launch titles. But since then, this VC offering has encountered obstacles after obstacles, until finally, they settled for a May 2008 release. But even that has now been delayed.

We have no word yet as to the reason behind the delay, or when the new release date would be. But just in case, do keep checking back here for more updates.
