Naruto Game to Feature WiFi Play
The newest issue of Jump reveals that the next Naruto game for the Nintendo DS will feature online play!
If you’re thinking it’s a fighting game, think again. It’ll be the third in the action-RPG series by TOMY. From the screenshots, it looks like you’ll be starting the game just before the quest to find Tsunade. I might not be correct though. I don’t read the manga and stopped watching the anime when the fillers became too horrible to bear…
Either way, it looks interesting and the sprite-based graphics are sharp. Online play will only add to it when it’s released this July in Japan! No word yet about if it’ll make it to Western shores, but that will likely depend on the success of Naruto: Ninja Council for the GBA.
