New (awkward) NBA Street: Homecourt screens
Is it just us or are the screenshots above for Electronic Arts‘ NBA Street Homecourt (PS3 and 360) look a bit awkward? Oh well, we guess that is what exactly these new batch of goodies and the game itself stand for: our basketball idols started out just like any sports-loving person out there. They were once kids and had awkward moments.
And just like all of us, they once dreamt of becoming someone big. They dreamt of the big leagues, of big domes, and of cheering fans. They dreamt of hitting that buzzer beater shot that will give their team not only the win, but the championship. They dreamt of falling down the court, hugging the trophy in tears. Just like Mike.
Oops. We better stop here before we get carried away. NBA Street: Homecourt will be available starting February 22 (according to EA’s official site for the game).
