Final Fantasy
fans will be pleased to know that the upcoming handheld remake of the series, Final Fantasy IV, now has a more informative haven for those searching for updates on the game. Following in the footsteps of its previous iteration, old time gamers, as well as new ones to the series, can now appreciate this newest FF game with all the improved graphics and gameplay as it finally steps onto the Nintendo DS.

The official site for Final Fantasy IV now has extended content compared to the bare teaser site that it was a little while back. A few character portraits containing Cecil, Cain and Rosa are now up, with both in-game images and their respective artwork beautifully rendered for the game. While a navigation menu has now been included, other sections such as the “download” area have yet to be made active.

The game itself will be revealed in more detail in the upcoming Tokyo Game Show as it will be released in Japan this year. Hopefully a North American release date will also be announced soon, so keep yourselves posted for more updates we might have for Final Fantasy IV.
