New Gears of War multiplayer achievements
Those who have been anxiously waiting for the new Gears of War achievements to buff up their gamer scores, listen up. Eight new achievements will be added and implemented on June 14 for the Annex mode and Hidden Fronts multiplayer pack on Xbox Live.
There is a total of 250 more achievement points you can add to your total (assuming you are 1337 enough to pull it off) gamer score. In addition, the Roadie Run controls have been tweaked to make it easier to take down your foes. Epic also removed some of the multiplayer exploits and tied up a few loose ends that players have been complaining about.
For those who can’t wait to pick up the map pack, it’s going for 800 MS points on the Xbox Live Marketplace while the Annex game mode is free for all to download. If you don’t want to bite the bullet and spend for the maps, all four maps will be released for free on September 3 this year.
