Take a graphic novel, patch it with animation, and you get a one of a kind experience. Yep, we’re talking about eye-candy at its finest. But its not just superb graphics. It tackles the game’s original storyline, so if you’re asking just how Metal Gear Solid it is, well, you got your answer.

It’s called the “Metal Gear Solid Bande Dessinee,” and it’s for the PSP. It features three modes: the VR Simulation mode, the Mental Search mode and the Memory Building Simulation mode. The VR simulation mode is the animated graphic novel in all its glory, while the Memory Building Mode lets users go in an in-depth exploration of the story. The Mental Search mode, on the other hand, lets the user scan “over 300 points of interest,” in case you want to backtrack on a scene or two.
