New Modern Warfare 2 glitch found in Xbox 360 version
Looks like Infinity Ward’s glitch-removal job is far from over. After successfully sending updates to clear out the Javelin and the Care Package glitch (among others), some still remain in the Xbox 360 version of Modern Warfare 2. Worst part is, because they’ve weeded out the other glitches from the system, these remaining bugs have been seeing increased usage.

Take the Public “Private Match” Hack, for example. This exploit allows players to create their own private match and at the same time double their XPs. What’s hassling about this glitch, though, is that it plucks the player out of their selected match, and instead drops them into a random match they did not choose.
On top of that, it also lets you kill players on the same team, and have it counted for your overall score. Okay, that may sound nice and all, but that’s cheating. Killstreaks are also affected, apparently, so if you want to kill more team members, suit yourself.
We do expect an update to be rolled out soon enough to patch this glitch up. After all, Rowbert Bowling has already acknowledged the issue in their Twitter account. We’ll keep you posted on more details on this.
