New Pork City: new stomping grounds in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

It’s a brand new week and after the many startling revelations from last week’s updates (Sonic ftw!) we’ll be taking you through another exciting week of new teasers for Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii.

Today we’ll be starting out a little slow as we feature a new stage where our motley crew of brawlers will be duking it out. Not to say that the stage is boring in any way, however. On the contrary, when you have an Ultimate Chimera who can take out any character who gets in its way with one blow, the stage is anything but boring.

While the name of the stage may sound a little weird, New Pork City is one imposing stage from the looks of it alone. Consisting of many detailed multiple layers and platforms, players will have a quite a challenge navigating through this bustling battlegrounds.

And let’s not forget that Ultimate Chimera that we mentioned earlier. If it manages to get its claws on you then you can kiss your character goodbye. One hit from this monster can send you flying off the stage and lose the match.

All in all, the developers from Sora have their hands full squeezing in all these new stuff we’ll be seeing when the game ships out on its new release date next year. Until then, take a look at the rest of the screenshots we have for the game.
