New Simon the Sorcerer 4 screens

Simon the Sorcerer 4

Simon the Sorcerer is a point-and-click fantsy/comedy series that was released 14 years ago. It followed an unwilling teenage hero named Simon in a Terry Pratchett novel-style realm. He must use his logic and magical skills to solve puzzles of reasonable difficulty. Simon is a very satirical character which led to the success of the Simon the Sorcerer series. His character tends to interfere with the success of his own quests, forcing him to go to ridiculous lengths in order to finish his adventures in a humorous way.

German developer Silver Style has now stepped in to give us the fourth in the series, Simon the Sorcerer 4 to your PC. With graphics that have been heavily redeveloped since the release of Simon the Sorcerer 3D a few years ago and a brand new game engine, this title should be something for PC gamers to look forward to in early 2007. The game will feature many challenging puzzles along with revitalized graphics while sticking to the old-style point and click adventures. If you’re after an action game, then this isn’t the title for you, but if you’d like a new challenge every so often, then Simon the Sorcerer 4 should be right up your street.
