It seems that Sega‘s NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams is shaping up to be a worthy successor to the original game. While most see the game as one that only involves flying around in various locals, there is more to it than that. Like the previous iteration, this is essentially a game which focuses on exploration. If this title stays true to its roots, players will be discovering new places to visit and items to obtain.

The screenshots show the two children as they open treasure chests, and Nights as he transforms into his Dolphin persona to traverse waterways. Judging from the images, the graphics of the game look clean and crisp. The lighting of the levels featured look really well done and should satisfy most of the video game’s fans.
