Super Mario Sluggers for Nintendo Wii - Image 1Nintendo hopes to score another home run with Super Mario Sluggers, announced at the San Francisco media summit, for the Nintendo Wii. Mario returns to the baseball field together with the rest of the usual suspects.

With the success of Super Smash Bros. Brawl in the United States, it’s a given that Super Mario Sluggers will be arriving in North America after its June release in Japan. However, no plans for release in Europe have been heard as of late. What about the European gamers?

Nintendo UK has been asked the same question by videogamer. Neither confirming nor denying, Nintendo UK simply said that as of the moment, there are “no current announcements.”

Nintendo isn’t known to exclude the European Wii community with its games so there’s plenty of room that’s it’s possible. More updates here at QJ.NET as we get them.
