No online for Rock Band’s campaign mode confirmed
It has been confirmed that the World Tour Campaign Tour for Harmonix‘s Rock Band (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) will not have online play.
Community Manager Sean Baptiste announced the lack of this feature on the official Rock Band forums. He explained that while they wanted to include it but the developers from Harmonix Music Systems couldn’t fit it into the development time. However, rest assured that they do plan on adding it in future releases. Players will have to be content with both band quickplay and competitive modes online.
Rock Band is slated for a December 10 release in North America while both Europe and Australia should be getting by early next year.
