While some people are still trying to pronounce “nuclear” right, reports are already coming in that Fallout 3 has already gone gold.

Don those anti-radioactive suits, people! Reports are coming in that Fallout 3 has already gone nuclear nukuler gold. Typically, these kinds of announcements come in the form of a press release by the developer or publisher, but this time, the report hails from European Fallout 3 distributor, Ubisoft.

No confirmation yet from Bethesda, but we’ll take what we can – there’s no outright denial from Bethesda either. The game gets released soon anyways, so going gold right about now fits within scheduled range.

Bethesda Softworks‘ Fallout 3 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC will hit retail shelves at the end of October.
