President Barack Obama continues to call for video game moderation as he made his speech to schools around the country today. And getting a special mention yet again is Microsoft‘s Xbox console.

 “I’ve talked about your teachers’ responsibility for inspiring you, and pushing you to learn,” said Mr. President.  “I’ve talked about your parents’ responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and get your homework done, and don’t spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with that Xbox.”

He first made mention of the Xbox in a speech delivered at the 100th Anniversary of the NAACP a couple of months back, which elicited a response from Microsoft. President Obama has also made references to Nintendo‘s Game Boy and Wii in the past, and eventually got his daughters a Wii for Christmas last year. Sony to come right up next?

Hey, at least he’s not saying they’re evil.
