Paladin upgraded to v1.2

PSP - Image 1Homebrew application Paladin is getting better and better with each new release. If you’ve missed the first updates, Paladin is an application that will convert PSX games from PAL to NTSC format.

According to developer Coldbird, Paladin modifies the VModes rather than the YPos Values. Anyway, Paladin is currently in v1.2 and a lot have changed since the previous versions. Just take a look at these changelogs:

Revision 1.11

  • Y-Pos Values are now variable by Coldbird

Revision 1.2

  • Now Released under the GNU-GPL by Coldbird
  • Now using Rolling Buffer for Speed Increase by flatwhatson
  • Improved Handling of Arguments by Coldbird
  • VMode outsourced to optional Argument by Coldbird

Quite nifty, huh? Go ahead and try it. Playing PSX games on PSP can never be this fun. And by the way, please take note that the source code has been included as well in the download in case you want to modify the program.
