PaRappa the Rapper to be finally released in Australia by July
“Kick, Punch, it’s all in the mind.” The first line of the song in the first stage of PaRappa the Rapper always comes to mind when this game is mentioned. Finally, Australia PSP owners will get the chance (if they haven’t already) to play this game since it will be “re-released” this July.
When we say re-released, it’s because PaRappa the Rapper was first released on the PlayStation 1 by Sony Computer Entertainment back in 1996. The gameplay of this newer version is exactly the same as the first, which is a good thing. Basically, you press buttons according to onscreen cues to properly rap with the song. While this may be simple for more experienced gamers, the real challenge is in “freestyling.” By pressing buttons according to the beat, you can freestyle a nd gain more points.
So fans of the game in Australia rejoice! PaRappa the Rapper is coming to you very soon. Of course, if you took advantage of the promo that Play-Asia had, then you’re already probably playing the game.
