Piano rigolo v1.0: Doe, a deer, a DS Piano…

The DS is alive with the sound of music! Play the songs they have sung for a thousand years with Piano rigolo v1.0 by blackos of the PAlib.info forums. This app places two octaves and some loose change (according to our resident piano expert) of functional black-and-white ivories on the touchscreen.

This is blackos‘ first attempt at C programming for the DS, but the result is a playable piano in the palm of your hands. Okay, so the DS touchscreen’s limitations means you can’t strike multiple keys like on a real piano, but you can play a few infectious bits like the Super Mario theme, the Nokia ringtone, or if you’re a fan of air combat movies:
