PlayStation Home Summerhouse screens released

The wait for PlayStation Home is killing everyone in the PlayStation 3 scene, and the only quick fix in sight are numerous videos and screenshots that have been surfacing every now and then. This time, we’ve got some new ones showing a new type of residence that inhabitants of Sony‘s virtual world can buy when showtime finally comes along. It’s called the Summerhouse and it’s all about sweet rest and relaxation. Eight images follow after the jump.

  

Dutch site PS3-Sense has posted eight new screenshots of PlayStation Home. Featured this time is a new type of house you can buy withing Home called the Summerhouse. The translation we got was pretty rough, but near as we can figure, this crib’s all about rest and relaxation.

Pretty cool stuff. Now you can do all sorts of things inside your summerhouse or while just rolling around and socializing with other players. Now if only the beta could come along, we’d be having a real party here.

Oh well, all things in due time, we suppose. Who knows, big announcements about Home may be lurking around the corner as we head into E3 of 2008. We’ll keep you posted.
