Here’s a treat for all Pokemaniacs: the Nintendo Media Summit 07 Pokemon Battle Revolution trailer, which offers us a sneak peek at just what’s in store for us when the highly-anticipated title blasts its way onto the Nintendo Wii.

In the trailer, we see quite a few familiar faces – mainly Pokemon Diamond‘s and Pokemon Pearl‘s iconic trainers, fully realized in glorious, sharp-looking 3D. And while it’s already confirmed that there’s no other gameplay to Pokemon Battle Revolution other than the Pokemon battles themselves, it’s still good to see that the main aspect of Pokemon – namely battling – is given the next-gen treatment, and beautifully so.

Minor quirks aside, there’s no doubt about it: Pokemon Battle Revolution takes Pokemon battling to the next level. Updates as we get them, and in the meantime, enjoy the video!
