PS3 Virtua Tennis 3 Will Run at 1080p?
Today is a good day for would-be PS3 owners as we have GRRRRREAAAT news for you, especially if you’re a Virtua Tennis 3 fanatic.
News have reached our ears that Virtua Tennis 3 for the PS3 will run at 1080p. Oh yes. According to a Dutch gaming site, SEGA revealed that Virtua Tennis 3 will support 1080p and that it will look so much better than the Xbox 360 version, which only supports 720p.
Now, if this is true, and that’s a big IF, Sega will be the latest company, among the few, to announce a 1080p game for the next-gen console. The article in the Dutch site also said that Virtua Tennis 3 is scheduled for release in March next year, and will probably be a launch title in Europe.
We wouldn’t go so far as to say that this is definite and confirmed, we’d have to wait for Sega to announce this themselves. But still, we couldn’t help but share this bit of info with you guys.
