PSmonkey’s N64 emulator update

PSmonkey has been hard at work on his N64 emulator. This emulator started out as an attempt to revive, and replenish the PSP homebrew scene, and it has done a great job! PSmonkey has shown magnificent success from the first release and these WIP updates that he delivers are always worth mentioning.

In PSmonkey’s most recent update on his blog, he notes that he has finally gotten 3D rendering on his emulator, and it can be seen in the screenshot that he supplied the public. This is a great step in the emulator with the 3D graphics showing some detail! As many are aware, the N64 was Nintendo’s first 64-bit console, and also used the N64’s graphic potential to the max, squeezing out every last polygon, trying to make it as 3D as possible. PSmonkey has showed constant improvement on the emulator and says that he will be fixing a few “things” and that we should expect a release (build) next week!
