PSN Japan: Dark Mist to carry DualShock 3 support

PSN Japan's Dark Mist to carry DualShock 3 support - Image 1It looks like Sony‘s new DualShock 3 controller is getting followers from the non-disc based gaming scene as well. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan is announcing that the upcoming PlayStation Network downloadable title Dark Mist will carry DualShock 3 support.

Based on the screenshots posted over at the PlayStation Japan site, Dark Mist looks to be a fantasy-style shooter with its own share of flashy spells, fast-paced combat, and (this writer’s favortie) cutesy anime sprites. Throw in some colorful voice-acting, and we’ll grab a translation guide just to reel this little number in.

Dark Mist for Japan will be launching this November 8, and will occupy about 447 MB of HD space. As to whether the game’s going overseas, it’s hinted that the title may be hitting Europe by this December, with a game trailer already being scheduled for upload in the region’s PSN. No details have been announced for a North American release.
