In a few days we’ll be moving on to a new decade, and if a LittleBigPlanet ad spotted on MCV’s Digital Edition is any indication, Sony may also be moving on to the next iteration of their PSP handheld.
**Update:** It’s apparently just “a mistake.”
**Update:** Accessories 4 Gamers’ license manager Angela Jones has told Negative Gamer that the PSP-4000 mentioned in the ad is “a mistake on [their] part.” A4G is the company behind the online ad. Thanks to The LastGuitarHero for pointing it out.
Original article: In a few days we’ll be moving on to a new decade, and if a LittleBigPlanet ad spotted on the latest issue of MCV’s Digital Edition magazine is any indication, Sony may also be moving on to the next iteration of their PSP handheld.
The ad, which is for an officially licensed LittleBigPlanet PSP accessory pack, explicitly mentions “PSP-4000” among the PSP models it supports. A couple of possibilities here: it could be just a mistake on the part of the ad designer or it could be an inadvertent slip. It’s something to mull over for the holidays.
