PSP Filer v2.0

PSP FilerWe can’t even begin to tell you how grateful we are for homebrew coders who inform us about their releases and members from the community who send their tips in about whatever releases we may have missed (that means you Danny).

And even more thankful are we for those who help us out in translating the releases of our international coders (and that would be you, don’t worry about it).

And now that the kudos-giving is done, let’s get to the release at hand. Mediumgauge has just released v2.0 of his known homebrew app, PSP Filer. If this is your first time to encounter this app, you might wanna check out our previous posts about it, but basically, what it does is that it lets you view files from your memory stick, play .wav and mp3-formatted files, modify file names, etc. That said, here’s the list of stuff that’s changed in v2.0:

Changelog:

  • cancel operation added
  • RAMDISK memory leak fixed
  • limit of 1024 files in RAMDISK removed
  • UMD directory access attempted
  • when a file is copied to RAMDISK, file marks should be cancelled
  • you can now move files from RAMDISK

There ‘ya go, this should help you organize your files if you’re getting tired of the clutter that’s starting to pile up in your PSPs. The download below includes the eboot for both FW1.0 and 1.5, just click on the link below and you’re all set.
