Here’s a new version of the TurboGrafx-16 (also known as PC Engine) emulator for the PlayStation Portable, PCE for PSP, courtesy of an unknown Japanese coder. Just like the previous builds, the latest update of the homebrew further improves the stability and the performance of the program.
