AntoineDravs’ VSHPlugin further extends the basic VSH menu’s functionality by adding more options to it. You can, for example, change the PSP screen’s brightness or switch it off completely, take a screenshot, and change how fast the LED flashes when your battery’s running low.

The dev says that this update is mostly an optimization release for both VSHPlugin and gameplugin. Here’s the web-translated changelog:
