PSP Quake V2+GP Released.

ActionHenk was kind enough to drop by our forums and inform us about the mod which he has made for PSP Quake v2 GP. He has bundled together a server browser for firmware 1.0 1.5 and 2.xx

Until now, there wasn’t a way to join these online servers on a 2.xx firmware.

Features:

• Server Browser with 4 preprogrammed Quake Servers.
• Program your own 4 favorite servers by editing the autoexec.cfg.
• Program your own button configuration editing the autoexec.cfg.
• Preprogrammed Quick-Chat option.

The instructions for using this are a little bit different than the original PSP Quake :

• Load PSP Quake
• Go to Multiplayer
• Switch Infrastructure On
• Go back to Main Menu
• Load a new Single Player Game
• In-Game, press Select until you get “serverbrowser”
• Choose any of the servers and frag away.

There’s a lot more info you’ll find in the Readme, like downloading 46 multiplayer maps, permanent changing controls and much more. Make sure to read it.
