Xaby of the Console Tribe dev team passed by the QJ Forums earlier to announce the release of the PSP Tribe Emulator installer v4.0 HardBird Edition. Here’s a bit of good news for those with a taste for retro-gaming on their PSP.

Xaby of the Console Tribe dev team visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of version 4 of their Emulator installer pack, dubbed the HardBird Edition.
