Getting sick of PvE in Digimon Battle? This new update’s for you then. WeMade Entertainment is adding PvP combat to the MMO.

 

Starting today, Digimon trainers can now engage each other in virtual combat to boost their ranking points via two new game modes: Freestyle Battle and Arena Battle.

 

Freestyle Battle Mode lets fans fight in either individual or team battles. You can participate in one-on-one fights or take part in up to five-on-five battles. Those who have a higher win rate upon entering a battle have a higher chance to reap rewards, but lower-ranked players who manage to turn the tides against higher-ranking opponents can achieve more ranking points.

 

Battle Arena Mode, on the other hand, lets players level up and earn PvP points. These points can then be used to buy exclusive PvP gear not available in-game or even n the Digishop.
