Players who download the demo can play a few single-player stages or challenge other players online in 12 player racing competition in both European and U.S. venues.
The single player mode allows players to take a Ford Mustang GT-R for a spin on the streets of San Francisco, compete using a Nissan S15 Silvia in the Advan Drift Trophy at the Yokohama Docks, or race along the Jarama circuit in Spain with BMW 320si touring cars.
Xbox 360 owners can download the Race Driver: GRID from the Xbox Live Marketplace while PlayStation 3 gamers can download it from the online PlayStation store.
