Rumor: Ifrit spotted in FFXIII trailer at the Square Enix Party

 

According to FinalFantasyVersusXIII.net, multiple sources are saying that an “Ifrit-like” creature was spotted (alongside Shiva) in a trailer for Final Fantasy XIII during the Square Enix Party.

It can be recalled that several months ago we reported that it was seen in some magazine scans that in the game, Shiva turns into a motorbike. It was also previously revealed that every summon will be “part mecha” and will have an expanded role.

It was not made clear exactly what vehicle – helicopter, car, jet – or what mechanical object Ifrit supposedly transforms into. No images of “Ifrit” yet, but at the rate that shaky-cam videos of the Party are showing up on YouTube, we’ll update this post as soon as we find something – image or video.
