Rumor: Spider-Man 3 for PSP out on November, timed with Blu-ray release
For those of you eager to play Spider-Man 3 on your PSP after watching the movie, sorry, you’ll have to wait. The GameStop listing for the game currently indicates that the game is set for release on the first of November.
This of course, baffles most folks, notably, some folks in the GameSpot forums, and especially PSP Fanboy as it is customary to expect movie based video games to be released simultaneously with the movie, and to be produced for every platform possible.
The frustration here comes from the nagging question “Why was the PSP left out?” The alleged November release of Spider-Man 3 on Blu-ray (highfidigest.com reports spotting a November 2 release date) is perhaps the reason for the delay. A Blu-ray/PSP marketing tie-in planned for November? So far, it sounds likely.
