Rumored official dev Wiimote controller grip shell on eBay

Have you been shopping around for decent Wiimote grips but not satisfied with what’s already in the market? There’s one being sold in eBay, and – get this – the seller claims that this is an official development item that was never released in the market. Read on to find out more!

Wii gamers who are shopping around for a good Wiimote grip shell should definitely take a look at this baby: it’s a Wiimote controller grip now available for sale on eBay, and the seller claims that it’s an official development model that has never seen the light of day.

This Wiimote grip will make your waggler look like a PlayStation Dual Shock controller, with a shoulder button to trigger the B button.

The likeness to the PS controller may have caused Nintendo to run into some patent issues, so this could have been a reason as to why it never pushed through in development.

However, those who’d want to check for authenticity won’t find any clues: this Wiimote grip doesn’t have a Nintendo logo or any other markings on it. But for a Wiimote grip this one certainly looks a bit snazzy, and will most certainly make Brawling more… well, comfortable.
