Seven most anticipated PC games for 2007
2006 was a great year for video gaming, most would agree with that. With the release of two next-gen consoles and the countless PSP hacks, the past year is indeed a bountiful one. This coming 2007, there’s no way to go but up, and we’re not just talking about consoles here, 2007 is also shaping up to be a good year for PC gaming.
With that, website Taume news came up with the top seven most anticipated PC games for 2007. The usual choices made the list – Half-Life 2: Episode Two which will bank on the new weaponry and vehicles, and the popularity and consistency of its predecessor; Unreal Tournament 2007 which will boast features like updated graphics, modifiability, and playability; and Crysis which is touted as one of the first DirectX 10 games.
Other games that made the list are Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars, Bioshock, Hellgate: London, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl. Surprisingly absent is Gas Powered Games’ Supreme Commander and the Will Wright creation, Spore.
