Show Off Your Artistic Flare with Brushes v1.0

Brushes v1.0

The developer that brought us Planet fighter for the PSP, HaxxBlaster, is back today with a small but useful application to allow you to show off your artistic flare using the combination of your PSP and his new homebrew application Brushes v1.0. This program has been coded in Lua and allows you to create pictures using ‘brushes’ which are in fact images, allowing you to replace the existing brushes with your own images if you wish.

All of the brushes you see in the screenshot were made by HaxxBlaster and images saved using this application (Yes, you can save your creations too) will be saved in the universal PNG format to save you memory stick space and compatibility problems. Although the fact that this application uses images instead of just normal colors may put you off, but this app’s ability as a drawing tool it is actually quite good. It’s smooth and the images come out in a very good quality – even when viewing files created in Brushes on the PSP, so move over MS Paint?!?
