Small Gift for City of Heroes Players

We earlier reported about PlayNC announcing the Double XP Weekend to their CoX gamers. It looks as though they are trying to get the word out about Update Issue 7: Destiny Manifest. In case “Double XP Weekend” registers like Cuneiform writing to you, the Double XP Weekend gives City of Heroes / Villains players the chance to earn twice the usual experience points for all activities that result in an XP reward. This will also give players the opportunity to level up their characters and gain access to many of the new features available in both City of Heroes and City of Villains.

The double XP weekend started last Friday morning (9 a.m. Pacific Time) and will end on Sunday, July 23 at 9 p.m. Pacific Time. So you still have some time to join the fun. And if that isn’t enough for you, the people behind PlayNC announced that they are making the Double XP weekend more fun by granting each Supergroup member 20,000 Prestige! This was automatically done during the Saturday morning maintenance session, so enjoy ’em for they don’t come often.
