South Park uses Guitar Hero for upcoming episode

South Park has always had a lot of in tune with current events. As most fans might remember, they did an episode of South Park featuring World of Warcraft, and that show won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program.

For this week’s upcoming episode, the kids from Colorado will be taking on the Legends of Rock. That’s right. Gamer Node reports that South Park will be doing an episode focusing on Guitar Hero.

It seems that this week’s episode will focus on Stan and Kyle, as their friendship gets strained because of Guitar Hero, as Stan and Kyle are on opposite ends of the Guitar Hero playing spectrum.
