Here’s something for aspiring game developers out there. Square Enix is sending out word that they’ll be holding a special Game Design lecture over at the upcoming Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. The topic of this discussion will be their upcoming WiiWare title, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Young King and the Promised Land.

Square Enix’s Fumiaki Shiraishi  and Toshiro Tsuchida will be handling the talk, where the pair will given an in-depth look into the FF title’s development. Topics will range from the dev team’s motivations to create the game on the WiiWare platform, and to the hurdles faced such as their 40 MB memory limit.

The schedule for Square Enix’s Crystal Chronicles dev talk is still on To Be Determined (TBD) status;  The GDC 2008 will be taking place from February 18 to 22, at the Moscone Center.
