Square Enix has just put up a .PDF file over at its official online website outlining its performance for the first half of 2007 fiscal year. The details included in the file are from April 1 until September 31.

One striking point that we noticed was the great leap of PlayStation Portable and Nintendo Wii sales compared to the figures gathered for the same time period a year ago. The numbers for the PlayStation 2 and the Nintendo DS, on the other hand, were receding.

This is not to say that Square Enix has lost some of its fans. Judging from the figures and other data included in the file, sales for the PS2 and DS just shifted to the PSP and the Nintendo Wii.
