Star Wars: The Force Unleashed TFU experience documentary video

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Image 1If you’ve been losing sleep thinking about just how the other versions of LucasArtsStar Wars: The Force Unleashed (Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, DS, Wii) will measure up to the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, then here to make sure you have a good night’s rest is the developer team with their video about those exact versions. And yes, they do match up, but in other ways besides graphics. See what we mean in the full article.

We all know that the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, DS, Wii) is going to feature a totally-knew physics and graphics engine that should push the envelope of what we consider next-gen. But what about the other versions? Thankfully, the guys over at LucasArts have put together a small video to put our doubts to rest.

So, just how will they play? Very, very awesomely. While the PSP and PS2 versions pretty much feature an almost-identical likeness to their next-gen counterparts, and the DS certainly has touchscreen capability, it’s the Wii version that got us sitting up in our seats.

While they never really showed it in action save for a few moments, it does look like we’re going to have our most realistic lightsaber-wiimote mechanic fix with Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. And that, my friends, is worth waiting patiently for this game.

Enough from us, however. Enjoy the video!
