Stress it out: the Pirates of the Burning Sea Fileplanet stress test event
If you’re the type who does a stress test on every new gadget (or PC) that you buy, then you may want to consider helping out Flying Lab Software and Sony Online Entertainment. The two companies will hold their Pirates of the Burning Sea Beta Stress Test event starting on October 4, and end at midnight on October 7, PST.
Sony and Flying Lab Software both expect a horde of File Planet subscribers to come pouring in at the above timeframe, to help them in developing as well as to determine the current stability of their servers.
You need to get a File Planet subscription first to participate in this Beta Stress Test event. Once logged in, you can now proceed to do some…well, server-stressing stuff in Pirates of the Burning Sea beta.
